Hehe, it reminds me of a book I read as a child called "Con's Fabulous Journey to the Land of Gobel O'Glug", and it was about a guy who got a demon trapped in his belly who ate and ate and ate and the only way to get him out was to tempt him with tale of a land where everything was made of food so that he would jump back out
